CLIENTS AND COFFEE

There are moments when we - here at MINDMADE just feel like sharing our clients story. Why? One might ask... well, that's simple - this isn't really about us - we are merely a vessel to the realization of our client's dreams, wants and needs and therefore, vestiges. Of course we are obsessed with design and all the process entails but sometimes we need to step outside that realm and celebrate the individuals that make it all possible. As they believe and invest in us... we also do the same.

This is why we are intensely diligent and selective when it comes to our clients and the projects in which we partake... because we know this is about them and a deep desire for the sustainability of person and place - so, we focus on the intentionality of the long term relationship. And if there are potential clients reading this - we strongly encourage you to do the same with the firm of your liking. It is about so much more than the lowest fee - it is about the process, communication, care, virtuosity, unapologetic passion, superiority of product and an understanding about the undoubted impact that a project will have on human beings - and yes, it is A TON of hard work.

We found an uncanny parallel in what Jaime and Tyler do with coffee, customer service, careful craft and lifestyle. We (very much) hope you will frequent their shop to support knowledgeable and dedicated professionals who are deserving of your loyalty - or, if so inclined, show them support on social media (provided below). The space is well underway and we couldn't be more excited for the legacy Jaime and Tyler will leave upon our distinctive and dignified City. And since they want to keep the space a surprise upon opening the doors - we will instead leave you with a nugget of wisdom that Tyler shared with us on our very first meeting - and it's significance will carry truth into the unforeseeable future : :

" Just because the person behind the counter is smiling does not mean it's good customer service.
